Walls insulated with 100mm super insulated sip panels. This means our garden rooms are useable all year round and will keep the garden rooms cool in summer and warm in winter. We also insulate the flooring and the ceiling with this super 100mm insulation product, not just the walls.
We have found the average spec for a garden room is around 40mm or less insulation which cannot be compared to our super 100mm sip panels.

There is no middleman with our Manchester based team. We are not just a man and van team. We start to build the garden rooms in our unit 1 week before your start date which reduces site building time.
Our garden rooms are completed between 5/12days depending on the size and spec, from the concrete base to the laminate flooring, plastering & electrics.

Managing your modern garden room project
Our services encompass everything from initial enquiry to completion and can include garden room design, structural engineering, production, preparation and delivery using all our own staff based in Manchester, equipment and transport. In addition we have recommended SIPs erectors and, if required, we would be equally able to advise or assist a budding self-builder or provide additional services from ground works to topping out for any garden office room or garden room bar, or any other project.
The excellent thermal performance also means that any spaces constructed using SIPs will cost less to heat – saving even more money. Off-site manufacture really speeds up the construction process, saving time and money.
